1. General Conditions
1.1 These Terms of Use (hereinafter referred to as the “Terms of Use”) determine the procedure for using the website www.amienebeauty.ee (hereinafter referred to as “amienebeauty.ee”).

(hereinafter referred to as “AMIENE BEAUTY”) ensures the availability of the content of amienebeauty.ee and provides services in accordance with these Terms of Use.
1.3 A User is a natural person who concludes a transaction in the amienebeauty.ee online store.
1.4 If the User purchases goods offered by amienebeauty.ee, these Terms set out the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to the acquisition and payment for the goods, as well as the terms of delivery and return of the goods.
1.5 If the User purchases goods from amienebeauty.ee, it is assumed that the User has read and agrees to these Terms of Use. By agreeing to the Terms of Use, the User confirms that he or she has the right to register and/or purchase goods from the amienebeauty.ee online shop.
2. Terms of Commercial Agreement
2.1 The purchase agreement between the User and AMIENE BEAUTY is deemed to have been concluded once the User has placed an order and the payment has been successfully received.
2.2 After placing an order, the User will receive an order confirmation by email.
2.3 To place an order, all required data fields must be filled in with the shipping details.
2.4 The User takes full responsibility for the accuracy of the provided shipping details.
2.5 If AMIENE BEAUTY is unable to fulfil the order due to missing or incorrect information, we reserve the right to cancel the order. In such cases, the User will be refunded in accordance with these Terms.
2.6 In exceptional situations, if due to unforeseen circumstances AMIENE BEAUTY cannot guarantee the delivery of a product purchased in the online store amienebeauty.ee, AMIENE BEAUTY undertakes to offer a similar product. If the User does not agree to this change, AMIENE BEAUTY will refund the cost of the goods as soon as possible, but no later than within 14 calendar days.
3. Product Information
3.1 Information on the goods, their properties, sizes, and ingredients is displayed on the product page. Amienebeauty.ee strives to ensure that the information available on the product page corresponds to the main characteristics of the goods.
3.2 Product descriptions and technical details are based on information provided by the manufacturer. AMIENE BEAUTY is not responsible for minor inaccuracies or changes made by the manufacturer.
3.3 If the goods do not conform to the contract, the User may submit a complaint to AMIENE BEAUTY by email at amienebeauty@gmail.com. If the User is not satisfied with the outcome, they may submit a complaint through the European Union’s online dispute resolution platform (ODR): https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/
4. Product Prices and Payment Procedures
4.1 AMIENE BEAUTY reserves the right to change the price of the goods or set special prices for the goods.
4.2 The goods are sold to the User at the price valid at the time the order is placed.
4.3 The prices of the goods on amienebeauty.ee are presented in euros and include applicable VAT.
4.4 The delivery fee is displayed at checkout before the payment is completed.
4.5 The User may pay for goods using the following methods:
- Credit card
- Online bank payments (Swedbank, LHV, SEB, Coop, Luminor)
- Google Pay
4.6 Payments are processed by Montonio Finance OÜ.
4.7 Credit card payments are processed securely through the bank or Montonio payment system. AMIENE BEAUTY does not have access to the User’s credit card or banking details.
5. Delivery of Goods
5.1 Orders are delivered via DPD parcel lockers.
5.2 During checkout, the User must select a preferred parcel locker location for delivery. The selected parcel locker location is considered final once the order is placed.
5.3 If the User wishes to change the delivery location, a cancellation must be requested via amienebeauty@gmail.com. Once confirmed, a new order must be placed.
5.4 Once the order has been dispatched and handed over to the delivery service, AMIENE BEAUTY is no longer able to make any changes to the delivery details, including the selected parcel locker location.
5.5 Estimated delivery time is typically between 2–7 business days, depending on the destination and delivery conditions. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control.
5.6 If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the User, AMIENE BEAUTY is not responsible for any resulting delays or losses.
5.7 The User is advised to inspect the package upon receipt and report any visible damage as soon as possible.
6. Return and Refund Policy
6.1 The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.
6.2 To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us by email at amienebeauty@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the item to be returned.
6.3 The User must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request.
6.4 Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.
6.5 We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.
6.6 The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the User.
6.7 The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons.
6.8 If the order included promotional items or gifts, they do not need to be returned. The main product must be returned in its original condition, including its original packaging.
6.9 If the order includes a promotional gift granted upon reaching a certain order value, the gift is considered part of the offer. If, after returning part of the order, the remaining purchase no longer meets the conditions for receiving the gift, we reserve the right to request the return of the promotional item or deduct its value from the refund.
