Return and Refund Policy

1. The User has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

2. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must notify us by email at amienebeauty@gmail.com, indicating the order number and the item to be returned.

3. The User must return the goods within 14 days after submitting the withdrawal request.

4. Refunds will be issued within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return.

5. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been returned or proof of return has been provided.

6. The direct cost of returning the goods shall be borne by the User.

7. The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that have been opened after delivery and are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons.

8. If the order included promotional items or gifts, they do not need to be returned. The main product must be returned in its original condition, including its original packaging.

9. If the order includes a promotional gift granted upon reaching a certain order value, the gift is considered part of the offer. If, after returning part of the order, the remaining purchase no longer meets the conditions for receiving the gift, we reserve the right to request the return of the promotional item or deduct its value from the refund.
